Ginny Conrow has been a studio potter for forty-five years, her work evolving from functional, high-fired stoneware to sculptural/decorative porcelain, including a ten year period of Cone 6 oxidation, airbrushing on large scale wall commissions. Currently focusing on crystalline glazes, she uses thrown, slip cast, slab and extruded elements, stretching the porcelain to its fullest. She has travelled and taught in New Zealand, Australia, and Thailand regularly in the past eighteen years and shows her work nationally and internationally.
